Airbnb Strengthens Anti-Trafficking Efforts During Super Bowl Week

As part of Human Trafficking Prevention Month and Super Bowl week in California, Airbnb has launched a global training initiative with ECPAT International to help hosts identify and report signs of human trafficking, especially involving children. The free course was developed with input from Airbnb’s host community and is available to over 5 million hosts worldwide.

Ahead of the Big Game in Santa Clara, Airbnb also partnered with Polaris Project to train Bay Area hosts. These efforts build on local actions in Mexico and Colombia, as well as internal staff training with support from NCMEC, Polaris, and TSAC.
