DGI Byen hosts a two-day movement festival on 16–17 May for children aged 2–5 and their families. The event focuses on movement, play, and togetherness in a safe and engaging setting. Children can explore obstacle courses, dance, rhythm, and creative zones designed to support both gross and fine motor development.
The programme also includes family yoga, sensory activities, and quiet areas for breaks, along with a children’s show and opportunities to meet well-known characters.
Activities run throughout the day, allowing families to participate at their own pace. The festival blends learning and fun into a shared experience for both children and parents.
So…:
What experiences with movement and family time – potentially as a “festival” – can you create?
