New chef residency brings fresh flavour to Brisbane Airport

Brisbane Airport has welcomed renowned Gold Coast chef Matt Jefferson for a six-month residency at The Independent, a rotating dining concept in the Domestic Terminal. Known for his restaurant Social Eating House, Jefferson’s curated menu includes dishes like spice fried cauliflower and lentil-spinach-ricotta lasagne, offering travellers refined Australian cuisine with a view of the runway.
