Helsinki Airport will open a new forest-themed commercial zone in the Schengen gate area in March 2026. Designed to reflect Finland’s deep connection to nature, the space will combine natural elements with a curated selection of Nordic brands.
The area will include shops, kiosks, and a café surrounded by a central forest installation. New operators include outdoor retailer Partioaitta, fashion brand Lindex, convenience chain R-kioski, gift shop Pure – Taste of Finland, and family-friendly café Picnic. Finavia aims to enhance passenger experience through local flavours and practical travel products.
