Oatly has unveiled Baristamatic, a new oat drink developed specifically for automated coffee machines. Based on the Barista Edition recipe, the formulation features a slightly higher fat content (3.2g vs 3g) for improved foam and lower viscosity to ensure smoother machine flow. The product is designed to reduce sedimentation and optimise machine performance, while maintaining the signature taste. Fortified with vitamin D, B12, riboflavin and calcium, it remains free from soy, added sugars and artificial additives.
Baristamatic is now available from Oatly directly and will launch via wholesalers in January 2026.
