CoolMinds is a new online treatment programme for youth aged 12–17 experiencing anxiety. The service is free and available to families living in the Region of Southern Denmark or the Capital Region. It runs over 12 weeks and includes support for both the young person and their parents.
Based on cognitive behavioural therapy, the programme has shown promising results in early trials with 16 families. Psychologists offer ongoing guidance and feedback throughout. With its flexible setup, it fits easily into everyday life, making it a safe alternative to in-person therapy.
Results from a larger study are expected soon.
