YouTube rolls out AI upscaling for low-res videos on TV

YouTube is introducing Super Resolution, a new AI-powered feature that automatically upscales videos below 1080p to HD quality on TV apps. Original files and resolutions remain untouched, and creators can opt out. Viewers will still be able to watch videos in their original resolution, clearly labeled in settings.
